Nested Container with OR Combination

I'm using a Nested Container with an OR Combination. When I finally generate the output, I'm getting additional empty rows in my xml output. My output xml should only contain 12 rows. It looks like each if condition resulting in false in the tpl is generating an empty row. Please help on how to prevent those empty rows from being generated.

Blank lines in output are caused by multi-line XML statements.

replace this:

[/html]
with this

[html]

......

.......

[/html]

et cetera......

I think you misunderstood by empty additional rows in output. I didn't mean blank lines. I meant the following in my xml. See attached

Very strange, everything *looks* correct. I suspect it is in teh iw_if statement (though I cannot see why).

Put an XML comment in each iw_if/iw_then statement with BlankVideo and VideosList inside the comment and run, see if the comments on the blank nodes are in the incorrect iw_if.

I added the text "Actual Video" within the "placeHolder" tag for the first if condition and the text "Blank Video" within the "placeHolder" tag for the second if condition. See attached modified tpl and the new output.
It looks like both if condition expressions are evaluated to true. Are the expressions valid to find which container?

Try something like this (I though VideoName was a required field, use one):

I do it all in Perl for years. Not sure if any of the following causes your issue but still...

1. You *seem* to have XML - Type DCT and IWOV - Type DCR. (I do not think that is what causes your problem. It pays to be consistent though )
2. You should not use '==' Operator to compare Strings! Use 'eq' Operator instead
3. iw_if expn=' name=="vlist.Videos" ' *seems* ambiguous. What is this 'name' Object on the left Side? *name* of what?

Perhaps you can use Case Type? Something like this:[html]
