Description field not displaying comments

TS 6.7.2 WFM 1.0.1.0 W2K3 Server.

I am using:
/iwadmin/main/config/STAGING/workflow/email/configurableReviewerNotification.xsl

to send the email to the first reviewer upon submission of a task, via EmailTask in WFM.

my problem is that when the user puts information into the Description text field, it is not showing up in the email received by the reviewer.

i believe the section is right here:

the @description portion... the id and ActivationDate work fine, but the description is not showing.

I have users who really get detailed when they modifiy a page and need this to display.

what do i need to look for? a little lost as to why its not showing up.

Also, is there a way to change the subject line from "Teamsite Task Notificaiton" to something like "REJECTION - TeamSite Task", where would i be able to do that from?

(the proper formatted code wouldnt display, hence the break in the lines)

You probably need to take the sample Email notification class, add debugging to output the XML dump that is going to be processed by your XSL, compile it (make_toolkit.ipl) and use it in your WFM so that you can determine the actual XML being processed by the XSL -- it is possible that the format changed and Interwoven didn't fix all the XSLs to conform to those changes...

As for changing the subject line - well, that's currently hard-coded into the class. I've got some cases opened on this as I think that Interwoven should have provided a true java version of the iw_solution_email.ipl script, instead of a partially converted version of the script that only takes an XSLT PT for the body, but not for the headers...
