MetaTagger 4.1.0 UI Error! Help Urgent

We are using MetaTagger 4.1.0 and Interwoven TeamSite 6.5.0 Service Pack 2.
When we try to Tag Metadata we are getting the following error

There was a problem with metadata capture configuration. Please contact your system administrator.

The interesting thing was it's happending to the PDF which was generated by application as Adboe Indesign CS4(6.0)and PDF producer Adobe PDF lib 9.0. I got this from PDF document property.

At the same time metagager is happy for the pdf's which are generated by Adboe Indesign CS3 AND producer Adobe PDF lib 8.0.

i am not sure whats stopping this to work ?

Try using iwmttransconverter on the PDF from the command line and see what text gets extracted. Be warned, however, that PDF is a container format much like AVI and ZIP and how things are stored in the PDF depends on what creates the PDF file. While PDF's can store text as part of the page, they can also store text as bitmap images, vector images or text constructed using custom fonts. PDF's stored in these three formats will not be convertable to text for analysis.
