New SQL Database 4.6.1 issue...

I have migrated a copy of our SQL 2000 database to a new SQL 2005 database and have attempted to point the ODBC connection for our MediaBin server in our test environment to the new database but get an error that the server is not running. I could not find any documentation on configuring an existing MediaBin Server to point to a database running on another server. This is for MediaBin 4.6.1. Any suggestions?
