Problem Identifying FileSite Folder

When the user drags an email from an Outlook folder into a FileSite directory, I am catching the VSTO Outlook 'BeforeItemPaste' event:

How can I uniquely identify the destination FileSite folder (i.e. retrieve the IManage FolderId) from the Outlook.MAPIFolder target reference?
Is there a unique id available which is common between Outlook and FileSite?

I am using Outlook 2003, VSTO SE, FileSite Release 8.2 Service Pack 1

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have been stuck on this for some time.
