why this error

It would make sense if you elaborate the scenario, how it is coming?
Is it coming in WFM or while file submitting?

why this error

Presumably the user "Production\****" has not been assigned a role on the particular branch nor (perhaps) access rights on the particular branch and workarea that the workflow is processing.

If the user in question is the user who initiated the workflow - it should be simple to fix at the branch / workarea level.

If the user in question is not the user who initiated the workflow, then you need to determine where the user's identity is getting hard-coded into the workflow and whether adding them to the role / access list is the correct thing to do, or modifying some other code so that they don't get incorporated into the workflow [for this particular branch] is the right thing to do.

This user is not initiating the workflow, and we are doing this in devlopment box using devlopment/**** id but still when the other user or myself(master access) try to initiate content deployment it shows error as above with production/****, now i have to find from which file this production/**** user is coming from and giving error.

I checked the available.cfg file there is no such production/**** user id in it.Can you please tell me the possible files from which this id may come.

The user production/**** might be the owner of a task (user task/reviewer task) and s/he may not has right to modify the file on that workarea.
So open the workflow and find that task which owner it that particular user.

Either hard-coded as the owner of the task - or as a member of a sharedby group for a GroupTask - and it can be either hard-coded within the WF code itself, or in some config file or script that is used to populate the information during WF instantiation.

Whichever - the code is yours (AmsB) not ours - and thus you need to debug it. We've given you plenty of pointers of what to look for and where to look for it - you now have to do the work...
