To Know Active Workflow

Basically, we have created a WebApplication for all workflows and further any document submitted gets stored in TeamSite. Moreover users cannot submit files of huge size >10 MB, and I just want to know if someone tries to submit then how can we know the current active workflow or its xml file. As you said this is not possible, then is there any other .xml file or can be checked through its log.

I think for some set of task, a job is assigned and if we can able to know the current active job then it would be easy for me. Please do you have any idea how to check the active job/task through http://localhost/iw-cc/ window?

It's actually trivial to get active WF List. See for example code sample [post=100710]here[/post] or use iwqueryjobs and iwquerytasks CLTs.

It won't be trivial though to find out what these WF's are *doing* at a moment. You may find an active Task(s), check attached
Files and see if some of them are too big. Than what? I do not think that you can really identify an attempt to Import large Files.

Consider WF Modifications with the "Job Validation" External Task that may implement your Business Logic, do
proper flow transitions/warnings when something goes wrong, etc.
