m4v format

Amanda_J_0204

We're trying to give users the ability to convert m4v videos to .flv format. Has anyone been successful with this? I've heard a rumor that this may not be possible because of how m4v files are compressed.

are you able to do any video format conversion?
i believe you need a third party module to convert video format in MB.

You can integrate Flip Factory with MB to get what you want. FF is a separate license.

FF is a separate license.

just to clarify, FlipFactory is not provided by IWOV. it is third party software.

We have flipfactory, and were previously able to convert from other video formats. However, there may be another issue, since I now cannot convert any video to flash that references a factory.

Can you be more specific. Do you have a conversion that works entirely within FF but fails when integrated into MB?
