DevNet Digest:News Letter ?

Faizi

Hi

For a long time i found that DevNet Digest (News Letter) has not been published since march. Earlier it comes two times in a month then it turns on monthly basis and now it seems to be discontinue. There is also no any latest update in News section of DevNet forum.

Is it affected by the acquiring process of Autonomy? or there is some changes in the forum policies!!

Hope Will Anglin will be there.

Thanks

Faizi,

I had written a newsletter for March but it was held as there was a freeze and review of external communications from Autonomy.

Since then, I have published a couple of DevNet Digest Mini-Issues that have merely promoted the upcoming webcasts. I expect the Digest to resume in May or June but it may be merged with another regular publication. We just don't know yet.

I am presently a contractor with Autonomy, but April 30th is my last official day. I have happily agreed to host the Virage MediaBin webcast on May 13th (hope to see you there if you are of that persuasion).

The role of the DevNet Moderator will be very capabily carried on between Alan Klapper and Vineet Gupta.

DevNet is a fantastic social network and sets Autonomy Interwoven (AI) apart from other companies in our space. I don't expect any more changes in the DevNet website (other than the minor branding updates). AI product marketing and AI product management are firmly committed to this community and are still working through a few of the acquisition issues.

The DevNet webcasts and newsletter may have a change in flavor.

I will be sure and forward your remarks to Alan and Vineet. They are now regularly reading the DevNet posts.

Regards,
Will

Thanks Will,

It is very unfortunate to all the DevNetizens that you are leaving the Autonomy Interwoven (AI). It was a glorious period with you on Devnet. It is a part of life. Our best wishes are always with you. We assume that you will still active on DevNet.

Hopefully, DevNet will keep its individual identity and achieve new milestone with moderators Alan Klapper and Vineet Gupta.

Again lots of wishes for your future endeavor.

Best Regards,

Hi Will

It's an unfortunate turn for the "DevNet Forum", as your contribution and the approach of managing the forum and maintaining the decorum was so efficient and fantastic.

I do have one experience with you, and that moment of time you have played a role of good moderator.

Kindly Accept My Sincere Gratitude To Your Contribution For The Forum.

Happy and Warm Welcome for "Alan and Vineet".

Best Wishes for the future !
