VFE On Save system freezes

Teamsite 6.7.2 on Windows 2003 sp2 server.
Only one user is encountering this issue right now. She makes her modifications within VFE clicks 'Save' on the VFE window (not Teamsite) and her system freezes. Has anyone experienced this before?

You may try to uninstall and re-install VFE on client machine. And make sure the computer has the latest updated JRE.
Also you can also try opening the form on a different browser i.e. Firefox and see if it opens up properly there... then you would know if its a browser issue or not.

What is the path to the VFE install? I don't know where it is located.

Hello,

Check do the user have installed google tool bar.
If yes uninstall the google tool bar and check.
We had same problem with the some of the business users after uninstalling the Google tool bar it worked fine.

Once its uninstalled, when you try opening up any form containing a vfe it will prompt you to install on the client.
