Error while clicking on Workflow Tab

Hi,

I am getting an HTTP 404 error when I click on the Workflow tab in the Teamsite UI. I am using Teamsite 6.7.1 SP1. Also I get the following message on the page:

Error description: The requested resource (/iw-cc/webdeskpro) is not available.

Any help would be appreciated.

Something sounds very wrong here - webdeskpro is "old" technology - 6.7.1 uses ccstd and ccpro.

You should probably contact Support.

Have you ever customized the workflow tab link?
Try going to /iw-cc/command/iw.ccpro.workflow
