Error: iwsubmit command failed

Teamsite 6.0,
Opendeloy:6.0.1

Iam working on 'Delete Workflow'.Iam able to delete the files from the target regions, then trying to delete the files from Teamsite.Iam getting following error in the log.

1) Error: Submit command failed: iwsubmit -x '/branch_name/microsite_name/WORKAREA/main/templatedata/pages/template_name/data/test.xml' 'Delete File'

2) Task completed with status of 256.But file got deleted from teamsite.

I would like to know at what scenarios "256" status code will return.

Please suggest me to get log without any failure message.

256 is 1 (you have to shift the value by 8 in order to get the actual exit status) and that could come from many things.
I suggest you print out the exact command that you are trying to execute, in a log file or something - and then try to run it from the command line and see if you get more detailed information about the error - or fix your code to catch the STDERR information and print that out into a log file to help you debug the issue.

The code you're looking for is something like:

Note the above assumes certain variables exist with appropriate values and prints information to STDOUT instead of a log file - I'll leave it to you to ensure that the context is set up correctly and that you redirect the output into a log file for ease of debugging.
