Mail sending issue

Hi All,

We are facing issue while sending mails.The functionality is

1.)User will request for page refresh from Teamsite UI(UI custmomizatio cgi window).
2.)Job will schedule and it will send an email to user.
3.)Scheduler will run for every 15 min, if any job is scheduled then it will do the page refresh.
4.)After completion of refresh mail will trigger to user.

Here mail functionality is not working from Teamsite UI(Step:2) but it's working when the scheduler(Step:4) is running.

Error Message:Error looking up username for uid.

User id is present in LDAP and TS.

Environment:
-----------
Teamsite 6.1
Solaris 8
User authentication through LDAP(Iplanet 5.1 SP4)

Note:We are using mailx for mail functionality.

Any ideas on this pls ?

Try logging which ID it is trying to look up.
