You're planning to change your job - so you have to take the initiative and do some work to prepare for what you're planning to do. If you're expecting us to just hand you a miracle two-paragraph response that will tell you everything you need to know to be successful - you're sadly misguided and should probably stay where you are. If you're truly interested in pursuing this - read through all the forum posts, read all the manuals, take training courses -- a lot has changed in the 6-to-7 years since 5.5.1 was released.
