sagarshah

I am trying to install a teamsite 6.5.0 on D drive. Previously it was on C drive and it was working fine. Due space issue we have uninstalled it from c drive and trying to install on D drive but getting following error message.

Caught exception : File

\Interwoven\TeamSite\iw-webd\conf\httpd.conf.template does not exist or not a file
Stack trace : java.lang.Exception : File

\Interwoven\TeamSite\iw-webd\conf\httpd.conf.template does not exist or not a file

with the install - have you cleaned up the registry? TeamSite never install/uninstalls in a clean manner.

Hi,
I receive the exact same error when trying a brand new installation on D Drive of our server.

I installed OD 6.2.1 and it works perfectly. I proceeded with the installation of 6.5.0 and midway through the install, the installer exits with this error message.

Is there any fix for this? Should I raise a support ticket?
Any pointer appreciated.

Try to run the installer again. Sometime it does not unpack all the modules.

Before starting installation, first clear all interwoven related entry's from registry.
then restart installation.
