Search issue -Urgent

We have used the following URL command in 6.5 in our custom code which returned the result with a checkbox to the left in the Teamsite window. But we dont get a checkbox in 6.7.2. This is biting us now. Can anyone provide a solution/workaround for this. This is really urgent and i would appreciate any help/recomendations to resolve this.

I suggest before digging into code just check out the URL in the browser. Pass the complete URL in browser with parameter values. Check it is working or not.
