We have upgraded the TS 6.5 to TS 6.7.2 version. After the upgrade we are facing some issues in permission on workflows tasks and the workflow operation like end job like below
1.We have a user (A) who is only belong to the author role in a branch . He is initiating workflow job which has a user task which we made that task as review task (this task has two button call ‘approve’ and ‘reject’) .we have made this user task owner as some other user(B) and he will be the reviewer for this task (reviewer can belong to any role).But here the problem is even job initiator(user A) can approve task even through he(A) is not owner of that task and he(A) is not belong to any other higher role like admin or master in that branch.
What can be the problem here?
This was working fine in the TS 6.5 correctly and .There when user(A) try view the review task both ‘Approve’ and ‘reject’ button was disable to him and these buttons was enable only to the owner of the task (B) or higher roll user (like admin or a Master) only.
2. If we check the author role operation under \iw-home\conf\roles\roles.xml we don’t have the End job operation there but still any author can end the job as this operation enable to author role. What can be the problem here?
Please help me if some have idea on these issue.
