HTTP missing in ACS URL

Hi All,

We have upgraded to DCTM 20.4 from 16.4 version. I have updated the dm_acs_config and dm_jms_config tables after db migration with 20.4 version details.

The issue now is the with the ACS url, it is returning like below:

In 16.4 version it is working fine. The response had the http included for ACS url. But in 20.4 it is not like that.

Could you please let me know If I miss something here
