Worksite Web 8.2 and replying to emails

Q. - Can you reply to emails filed in Worksite using Worksite Web 8.2?

So for example - I log onto Worksite Web 8.2 drill down to an email i've saved from Jo Bloggs, open the email select reply, make a couple of changes and click send. At the minute when you do this nothing happens and we're wondering if this can be done. We've been told it can but i can't see how.

Not out of the box, but if you want to customize, you can customize to open the email in a custom html form (using some mapi extractor or view as html) and then provide a custom toolbar etc to reply - This would be a heck.

The better option would be to use open a OWA window and populate the sender, cc and subject field

What is the business requirements?
