Customizing Site Map Node's Detail

Hi All,

While editing details of a Site Map node, "Edit Node Detail Form" dialog box appear.

Now my requirement is to customize this dialog box to add one more Detail in addition to the OOTB details provided by default.

Can anyone please provide some direction/pointers in this regard. Will modifying ui_common.xml file under Livesite Customer toolkit can serve my purpose?

I do not sure it will work for LiveSite Customer. Because there is no any configuration file related to Livesite UI customization.
I suggest go for alternate solution. Try to abstract the requirement and find its feasibility. Then decide is it necessary to do.............!!

Hi Faizi,

Actually there is a file ui_common.xml under Livesite Customer Source. This file could be used to enable/disable certain set of tabs (actions) associated with Livesite page/segments/taxonomy.

But my requirement is to customize "Edit Node Detail Form" dialog box on Site Map's node. I could not find any thing related to this in ui_common.xml. Am just wonderingif this level of customization is achievable or not!!

If anyone has any pointers in this regard then please suggest.
