It would be better if you elaborate your requirement in a way that gives complete picture and also mention the TS version & Environment.

suppose we have 10 replicants inside container.
On click of arrow (near + sign) of replicant we move replicants postion up and down inside container right.

I want to capture this arrow click which is used for moving replicant position.
Requirement is to move any replicant on top (what ever its current position in container) on click on arrow (near + sign).

You should go through the FormaAPI Guide. In Event Registry -

IWEventRegistry

section there are events for replicant.

OnReplicantBeforeMove

and

OnReplicantMoved

would be helpful to your requirement.
