I want to connect database through tpl file & i am writing following code

But following error is coming
iw_sql_open: ORA-12154: TNS could not resolve service name(DBD error : OCIServerAttach)
I am using Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.2.0 .
Somebody please help me out as soon as possible.
I am stuck with this problem.
