Author wants to see job(s) in workflow tab

When a user who has the role of TeamSite Author logs on and views the Workflow tab they do not have a choice to see Jobs. They can only see tasks: Unnassigned group and their own.

Is there a way to allow for those in the role of TeamSite author to have a choice to see jobs as well as tasks? The documentation talks about the two choices but does not speak to what roles have access to either.

You can assign those permission to the role of TeamSite Author by following way:

Login as an admin user.

Administration Tab -> Manage Roles -> Author -> Workflow [font=Verdana](Last option in Categories List)

Check the

View All Jobs

(Job related options)

But, I suggest do not make changes into OOTB role instead create a custom role of author then make changes in custom role. Now assign those role to the users.
