I would check the release notes. It has been 2 years since 6.7 came out, so there are a bunch of changes.

New metadata GUI,
flex roles (?)
Site Publisher integration in TS
hundreds of bug fixes

lots of changes to DCT's grammar and FormAPI (that you will not find in the release notes)

So, you should install on a test server and copy your production content over to check how your old DCRs are behaving.

This is highlighted in each new components added in 6.7.1 interwoven documents.
The bestway to have summary of changes is from release notes.

Are you looking for any specific functionalities in 6.7.1. if yes, please mention them so that we can provide insights on it?

As others have mentioned it has been a while but here are some notables:

1. tinyMCE (SP1)
2. XSLT presentation templates
3. New Roles and User Model
4. Folder permission overrides
5. New Workflow Modeler

If you are considering an upgrade then 6.7.2 SP1 would probably be the way to go since that included integrated SitePublisher install which is not part of 6.7.1.

I heard that SP1 is not good and one should be avoiding to install it. 6.7.2. seems to be Ok.

Could you please explain us why specifically you suggest for 6.7.2
I do agree we have identified 6.7.1 bugs has been addressed in 6.7.2. Is there any specific module that has been enhanced or implemented differntly in 6.7.2?
