External task is not working in TeamSite

Hi,
External task(including email task) is not working in my machine that was working earlier. It is working normally when i execute it from command prompt. I'm using Teamsite 5.0 in windows.

It logs the following error messages in log files.

iwevents.log
SNRBBY4668\iw1 master TaskInvokeExternal EmailWorkflow 0x8925 Mail_To_Approve 0x8927

iwjoberrors.log
Could not run c:/iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iwperl c:/iw-home/bin/iwsend_mail.ipl iw2 for task 35111; retrying in 1 minute

iwtrace.log
ERROR: CreateProcess failure - 193

What could be the problem?

How much memory is on your server?
What other [major] applications are running on your server?

If there isn't sufficient memory, the server will fail to spawn off new sub-processes to run the external task.

This happens most often with undersized [memory] machines and those in which people are trying to run TeamSite *and* database servers [*and* ...]

Please check the TeamSite Administrator's Guide for information about minimum memory requirements.
