Hi,

We would like to load mediabin web client ui inside an iframe within our site.

Does anyone has experience with this? Is it posisible?

Any help/hints will be greatly appreciated.

Does it make it a clumsy user experience? - Of course!!

What are you trying to do by loading the web client into an IFRAME? You should probably think of writing a small web page that will get you the assets that you want and display it in a better format.

I am getting a lot of permission issues, when the MediaBin web client, tries in javascript something with "top.somethign". I think when it tries to place the 'dropdown' menues on the very top of the UI.

Do you have any suggestions on how to avoid/overcome this issue?

What kind of permission issues ?

If you define the proper permission ( group-folder level ) , it didn’t cause any issues.

I had a chance to play around with MediaBin 7,

wait till it’s release before doing any specific customization , the Virage Media Bin 7 UI is completely deferent form the current one
