In the above iwevents.log entry,
1) publish is the workflow name with 101d3f8 as jobID
2) deploy is the task with 101d3ff as taskID
3) submit is the task with taskID 101d3fa

My confusion is, why are there two tasks deploy and submit shown ? submit is the first task that will take place and I guess , deploy is the last task to take place. Why is deploy task shown before submit task ?

Does it mean that there are only two tasks in the workflow ?
If there are more tasks in the workflow, will all of them be shown ? If no, then which tasks are displyed in the log entry ?

I have asked similar question before but did not understand the sequencing in the log entry.

Okay - and does the script called from the externaltask only perform a deployment, or does it also perform a submit operation?

It does "submit" task also and there is one more external task "check" which is performed by thie wf.

Does log entry shows all the tasks in a workflow ? If yes, then why is the other external task not shown here in log entry ?
Sequence of tasks in the wf is submitTask, externalTask(Check) , externalTask(deploy).
In the log entry sequence is deploy, submit (there is no other external task) why so ?
