TeamSite Search - Connected to DB, not logging info to messages tables

TS 6.7.1 SP1
SQL 2005

We recently configured the eventsubsystem to log to a SQL 2005 DB. The tables were created using create_sqlserver.sql.

The ms drivers are in the lib directory as well as sqljdbc.jar

Tables are being written to, such as the consumers table which has 1 row with the following entry

Name=com.interwoven.hunter.index.Listener-Interwoven
destinationId=1
consumerId=1
created=1228764591706

The other tables with data is the destinations table, seeds, and system data.

The tables with no data are: message_handles_table, messages_table, and users table.

As I understand, the "messages" tables should have the majority of the info. Why would no data be logging there?

Make sure you have the correct driver (sqljdbc.jar) and try rebuilding the eventsubsystem

iw-home\iw-perl\bin\iwperl.exe iw-home\install\install_eventsubd.ipl -u

rebuilding the event subsystem worked
