My team will soon be handling the support of WorkSite MP 5 for our company.

We handle other applications and I am just becoming familiar with WorkSite.

Is there a "best practice" structure that you use? Is there documentation on it? I know this will be specific to each company, but I was not sure if there were recommendations made by Interwoven.
