LiveSite 3.1 - Error importing ilog projects

To expose the business object model in ILOG Rules Studio, I have tried opening the eclipse IDE on my local windows machine with workspace provided as "\ilog\extensions\ws\win\eclipsews". But it is giving the below error:

Problems occurred restoring workbench.
Unable to restore perspective: Workspace - Rule.
Could not create view: ilog.rules.studio.brmExplorer
Could not create view: ilog.rules.studio.brmExplorer
Could not find view: ilog.rules.studio.brmExplorer

Due to this I am not able to open RulesExploer in Eclipse.

Tried several things but no success. Any help would be much appreciated.
