Returned error by primitive TIFF Decoder

Hello, several users accessing our installation of MediaBin are running into an issue with some TIFF files not decoding properly. They see a message when creating a new download zip file that reads:

Exception of unknown origin in primitive {EA4CR2E1}! ERROR: Job {lots of numbers and letters} Returned error by primitive TIFF Decoder from ForwardSetup(); RC = The operation failed. Check the log output for further details.

Has anyone else seen this error? Any suggestions?

All but those specific TIFF files are then included into the zip file for download.

The screenshot is missing. More than likely this is an issue with the download task that the users are using to download the assets.

Please set up a support case. As you might surmise from the word "unexpected" :-), there is no configuration of a task however insidious that should be giving this message.

Do you know the origin of the files affected?

also getting TIFF Decoder error mb 4.6.2. Upgraded form 4.6.1 to 4.6.2 & getting this error.
