That means...the workflow is trying to execute the perl script you mentioned for that task but for some reasons, it cannot. Since the wf has failed to run the script, it's going to try it again after 1 minute, which you have configured in the iw.cfg file.

Try debugging your perl script first. Then try using the script in the WF.

I:\iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iwperl.exe I:\iw-home/httpd/iw-bin/communication/deploy_filelist.ipl

Does your deploy_filelist.ipl have #!I:\iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iwperl.exe -w in the very first line.

The location I:\iw-home/httpd/iw-bin is mostly used storing the cgi scripts

Better, from the command line, try running:

I:\iw-home\iw-perl\bin\iwperl.exe -w -c I:\iw-home\httpd\iw-bin\communication\deploy_filelist.ipl

Also - is this a CGI program? If not, it doesn't belong in IWHOME/httpd/iw-bin/

Usually, people will name cgi programs with a .cgi extension. When you run the deploy ipl file, is it generating any html or just calling opendeploy to deploy the filelist?
