Getting log of Exception for DFC_SESSION_NOT_RELEASED

Dear Experts,

We are upgrading to the webtop 16.7.8 from webtop 6.8 & i found lot Exception with the [DFC_SESSION_NOT_RELEASED] like the example given below,

 ERROR [Resource Housekeeper] com.documentum.fc.client.impl.session.StrongSessionHandle$DisposableData - [DFC_SESSION_NOT_RELEASED] Unreleased session found during garbage collection, Session{id=1, iid=17, serial=1, docbase=xxxx, user=sssss serversession=0100000280216d0d}

com.documentum.fc.impl.util.ThrowableStack: Stack when session was obtained

at com.documentum.fc.client.DfService.getSession(DfService.java:131) ~[dfc.jar:?]

same exception in the lot of SBO's

we are using the gerSession(DocbaseName) to retrieve the documentum session & it is the same line that we are getting Exception from, do you have any idea why is this happening as it was not happening when we were on webtop 6.8.

There must be a session leak in your SBOs. Not sure why it didn't happen in 6.8. The best practice is to release the session in a finally block of the try clause where you got the session.
