Modify ACL when create new document

Hi,

I'd like to add certain user groups to the ACL (Access Control List) whenever user create a new private document.

I tried to modify NewProf.nrs to obtain the ACL as follow. However, the document object could not be obtained as the document is not yet created at this moment.

Are there any other methods that I could change the ACL? Thanks.

Sub NewProfileDlg_OnOK(pDlg)
Dim oDoc
Dim oSec
Dim oACLs
Dim oGroupACLs

set oDoc = pDlg.NRTDocument
set oSec = oDoc.Security

You can update the ACLs post import. To do this, you would catch the PostOnOK event then get a handle to the imported document object from the ImportedDocument ContextItem, like so:

set oDoc = Context("ImportedDocument")
End Sub

Please use ImportedDocuments insted of ImportedDocument.

See the sample code

Dim objSelectedContents As Array = Nothing
objSelectedContents = Context.Item("SelectedNRTDocuments")
Dim objDoc As NRTDocument = DirectCast(objSelectedContents(0), NRTDocument)

Then you can use objDoc for references

Thanks for your help. However, I still encounter the same error when running the line "oSelectedContents = Context("SelectedNRTDocuments")". Do you have any idea about this?
