I've a fairly simple requirement to allow users to create folder and upload document into their department specific directory . Where all depart directories are under a root cabinet representing the organization. Now, the basic structure (root cabinet and department folders under it) is created by dmadmin from DA and one time activity .Also, department specific folders are assigned ACL with write permit for department specific groups.
I've created a folder tab with default folder content configuration where root folder is configured to be the cabinet and standard actions are configured for that tab.roles are created and tabs are assigned accordingly. groups added to role
Now , when user1 from department1 logs in , I want him to be able to see the "department1" folder and be able to create his workarea subfolder under that and upload documents.
Problem is the "Create Folder" option is disabled when user1 goes to "department1" folder.
I've tried even by giving delete permission but same issue persists. The "Create folde" option is enable only for dmadmin who created original folder structure.
Any idea what could I be missing here
