VF bug in TS6.7.1 SP1

Hi Guys,

I have another weird issue with VF in TS6.7.1 with SP1 running on Solaris.
In VF when the user populates multiple line contents and select particular lines and click on "Bulleted List" button, the bullet icon is getting applied for only the first line.

For the rest of the lines it is left unchanged.

Upon perform view source I could see and is getting applied to the whole selected block instead of individual lines.

Is there any specific fix/workaround for this?

Could you please confirm me in your TS6.7.1 env, whether bullet list functionality in VF works fine or not?

Changed continueparagraph="false"
shiftenter="false"

in config XML file and that had resolved the issues.
