we have a Documentum Capital Projects 16.4 on premise and for one project we created a custom template and type of incoming transmittal (we copied the rcf profile settings from the standard incoming transmittal to apply the plugins to this). It works, we are able to auto filing the transmittal after it's completed. The only thing that doesn't work is when we create the standard transmittal in the auto filing folder it automatically takes the from and to but our custom transmittal doesn't. Does anyone know what needs to be configured to have this information taken automatically?
