how to fix optional parameter box

im new to birt tool, i have created 3 parameter box, one is madatory( asterick symbol),

others 2 optional (without asterick ), if i give value in first parameter box and click ok ,it should return all data's, without giving 2nd and 3 rd parameter box. anyone please help me
