Help on Email Task wfm

Hi, I am new to wfm. I am trying to create a Email Task where in I am giving a valid mail template,classname and target task in the attributes
I would like to setup/configure the mail server.

since nothing has been configured in the java code, I get the below log when i run the email task in servletd.log file.
Could anyone tell me where can I config and how?

Check the Mail Template is available at STAGING.
Your email template file is

configurableReviewerNotification.xsl

, that should be located at

/iwadmin/main/config/WORKAREA/shared/workflow/email

location. Now if it is there then submit this file with default SUBMIT workflow then it will go to the STAGING.

Now run your workflow (WFM) and check email task is performing without error.

According to the above error it seems the problem with mail template file not found. But if it is exist there then certainly something would be missing. Try to check the email task with new or other workflow.

Check the permissions on the file (and containing directories) - and the owner of the EmailTask - it is possible that the owner of the EmailTask process doesn't have access to the iwadmin/.../ location.

The problem was with the path used for the .xsl file. I was using /iwmnt/(appended by the iwadmin/.. path) which I changed to /iwadmin/.. path it worked.
But now facing a new issue, the log file is as below, may be related to some security configuration. help required...

This one is probably something you'll have to take up with your email administrators there. Often times SMTP servers are configured either to only accept email submissions from certain hosts and/or users, or to not allow email to be directed to external email addresses (like gmail, hotmail, etc.) - or both.

In the Perl versions of email scripts it was possible to enable SMTP debugging information to be displayed - I'm not sure how one can do that in the Java versions (I'm sure you can, I just don't know the procedure) - but ultimately it comes down to talking to the people who maintain the SMTP server, who can usually trace what's happening from their end.
