[DM_SYSOBJECT_E_INVALID_PAGE_NUM] error

Hi All,

We have upstream application where documents will be pushed into our application.We are getting below error in logs and also while validating we can see more than 500 content less documents has been posted into the system.

Webtop version: 6.8

Documentum : 7.3

Please suggest me on possibilities of getting this error?

Can we have limit of creating document versions, if so how this can be validated?

I believe page num property is legacy attribute when individual TIFF pages where uploaded as separate "page". I cant tell you what is triggering this issue in your scenario without seeing your custom code.

With respect to your question about versioning, you could customize webtop checkin component and limit the version if you choose, but I dont think there is explicit version limit set by Content Server

The object you are trying to update has no content apparently, but you are executing a content-related operation (not sure without more info: perhaps you try to add a rendition or perhaps you try to set content attributes).

Thank you soo much for the information. Yes, This is a custom attribute and some one manually updated custom template ID in Document queue ID while Autoposting.

Updating attribute should not trigger content operation as bacham3 suggested. Never heard of Autoposting, but without seeing your code, its hard to help you troubleshoot.
