Upgrade Documentum from xPlore 1.6 to 22.1

Is this possible? First, I installed JDK 11 on the server. I stopped all the services and ran the 22.1 install. I install it to the same directory 1.6 is installed to, it sees it and proceeds to upgrade. No errors, everything looks fine. I run the primarydsearch upgrade and that all goes fine too.

I start the primarydsearch service but it will not come online. The http://server:9300/dsearchadmin URL is dead but the wildfly 23 server answers on http://server:9305
