Database migration SQLServer --> Postgresql

Hi,

has anyone done successful migration of database from sql server to postgresql ?

Actually, I would like to move documentum 7.x win/sql environment to latest cloud environment, so planning to migrate the content server to centos/postresql and then moving in to cloud.

kindly share your thoughts / steps, it will help me in proceeding further.
