Java Job Failing to Deploy\Run

Hi,

I have been trying to deploy a custom job that is tested and running successfully on Composer 21.2. The DCTM server version is also 21.2 patched with the 21.3 update. Below are steps I performed:

Created the Java job in composer and is executing without errors i.e queries the database, add them to a file and attach that file to the email it send to the specified user
Exported the jar file from composer and deployed in <Documentum-home>\dba\java-methods
Restart the tomcat JMS after clearing the cache(work directory)
Create a method in DA with the class package.name as the verb
Created a Job in DA executing the method above
Trying to run the job give the error: Last Status:FAILED: Could not launch method DMSHealth_UpoadNotfication: OS error: (No Error), DM error: ()

So your method code references FILE directory. Does this exist on your Content Server (where JMS is running)? Also verify the directory is owned by install owner (of CS) and has full permissions.

hi,

The file directory exists and I have given full permissions to the installation owner since the JMS uses the installation owner. I am also seeing the below errror in the JMS log:

SEVERE [http-nio-9080-exec-9] org.apache.catalina.core.StandardWrapperValve.invoke Servlet.service() for servlet [DoMethod] in context with path [/DmMethods] threw exception [Digital signature Validation Failed.] with root cause javax.servlet.ServletException: Digital signature Validation Failed.
