display name in custom user operations

I am facing issue with the display-name being rendered under the custom user operations.

my entry in ui_custom.xml is

action-list id="iw.ccpro.filesys.menubar"
menu id="iw.ccpro.file.menu"
iwov-insert-before id="iw.ccpro.file_menu.rename.link"
link id="iw.ccpro.file_menu.customize_delete.link"
label="Customize Delete"
description="Removal of Deletion files Reference from other Files."
url="/../iw-bin/wdpro_menu.ipl/Customize_Delete.cgi"
operationID="iw.ccpro.file_menu.customize_delete.link"
target="_blank"
/link
/iwov-insert-before
/menu
/action-list

and corresponding entry in userops_custom.xml is

operation id="iw.ccpro.file_menu.customize_delete.link"
display-name="Customize Delete"
description="Removal of Deletion files Reference from other Files."

as per the details mentioned in the pdf , we need to get the display-name value under custom user operations. But I am getting description instead of display-name. One more observation is, it is only for the out of the box menu items, I am getting correct display-names for my custom tab entries.

Two thoughts come to mind:

If neither of those help (which somehow I doubt they will) you should probably open a case with Support - when doing so, remember to be specific about the version of TeamSite you are using (I didn't see that information here)
