Has ANYONE successfully used the Folder Structure Import feature on a Mac/Apple Machine?
So far, after upgrading to 20.4 the "Folder Structure Import" feature of Documentum D2 20.4 only works on Windows Machines. It has not worked from a Mac/Apple.
D2.log shows that the processes basically freeze after the import is initiated on a Mac. On a Windows Machine all the behind the scenes processes kick off, and the folder and contents import successfully. Again on a Mac, once import is clicked nothing Engages via D2.log.
OpenText Support doesn't have any answers at the moment, except that ONLY Safari is supported. These features require the Content Manager Browser Plugin extension to be installed, and it appears these are not even available on Mac for any browser except Safari?
Regardless, it doesn't work on Safari, OpenText support is still researching.
Standard import works fine, even bulk importing by selecting a bunch of files.
File Structure Import Fails. On safari the content transfer indicator pops up on the bottom right, but it stays at 0% and never transfers the folder or it's contents.
