I cannot access documentum d2 or d2-smartview

Hi, I am new to documentum and I have a problem.

I have installed documentum d2 and it does not let me access D2-Smartview it tells me that I do not have access or the page does not exist, and in D2 I can access but I can not create or do any action because it says that I do not have permissions.

However if I enter in D2-Config it works correctly with the same user and password.
