I want to get document hits and user count but there is no such option in Documentum to get that, is there any third party tool which we can integrate with Documentum to get that. Please help if anyone knows.
Actually, you can get this metric if you enable auditing on server against your document types. The server will create entry in audit logs whenever you trigger the event (e.g. getfile - when user reads the document). You can then perform analytics against the audit trail. Any reporting tool that can connect against your database can be used to visualize the data. We use Qlik and PowerBI in the past.
