In the new interface for the support site, I am unable to open the downloads section as in the old interface.
How can I download sources as before

what are you looking to download? you need valid/current support maintenance in order to download software/patches.
I am upgrading to DCTM 21.4, so I am downloading the related software.
I just need to access the downloads section, same as in the old interface of the support site, and my support maintenance should be currently valid.
@Hosam Salem , if you click into the Knowledge Base, you can refine the list to show Documentum Software Downloads, including version selection.
Alternatively, you can post to the Documentum Support forum for additional guidance

I followed your instructions and reached the download page for the software, but when I try to download any software I get a page not found 404 error page.
Anyways, I will post my issue in the Documentum Support forum.
