Hi,
This error: DM_OBJ_MGR_E_VERSION_MISMATCH appears usually because of parallel actions on the same object. Can you restart the docbase and make sure only one headless composer is used to install the DAR file. It should help to resolve the issues.

Thank you Hari,
The DAR file did install successfully after the DCTM CS restart. Will the CTS work if the Global Registry is not available? i.e if I choose not supply them in the confguration or remove them from the CTS dfc.properties. For some reason whe they upgraded, the global repository wasn't and is still on 16.x while I am configuring 22.2

Yes, CTS should work as long as the CTS related DARs are installed on the docbase itself. There is no direct dependency on GR docbase for CTS actions, if the docbase has got all DARs.
