CGI Task getting greyed out

Hi Team,
I am tired on relooking onto this issue many time. I request your help in this case.

Please find the attached .ipl file which is called in below cgi task


The issue over here out of 200 Teamsite users, 5 users are facing issue in this task.

They are trying to fill the metadata in the poped up CGI form, and their save operation ends perfectly.
Unfortunately this successfull task isn't propagating to next task instead it stays back in same CGI task. Also if they try to input in the form, unfortunately the form is greyout (read only).
Those 5 users are using IE6 as browser.

Could you please give hints on this case?
